Secure shopping
As outlined in the FAQ page, payment does not require the buyer to disclose their banking or credit card details to the artist. An Australian buyer would make a direct bank deposit online or in person at their local branch of the Commonwealth Bank.
International buyers are protected by the inbuilt security of the PayPal system now used by millions of people across the world. PayPal acts as intermediary between buyer and seller so that the seller never has access to the buyer's credit card details. The artist sends a PayPal link to the buyer who does not need to have a PayPal account. Further information about the payment process can be found on the FAQ page. Privacy
All information the buyer provides to the artist is kept confidential.
Money back guarantee
A buyer who is dissatisfied with a purchased work may contact Lorel for a full refund of the purchase price, including the postage paid. This guarantee applies provided that the buyer both contacts her and returns the work in excellent order within seven days of receiving it (or within a mutually agreed period for overseas buyers). Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by this guarantee.
